  • Voice data is processed in real-time and is NOT permanently stored on our servers
  • Transcribed text is returned to your device and is not retained by us
  • We do not use your voice data to train AI models

5. Data Sharing & Third-Party Services

We do NOT sell your personal data. We may share data with the following third-party services:

  • Paddle.com (Payment Processing): Paddle is our Merchant of Record and processes all payment transactions. They collect billing information, payment details, and handle customer service for orders. See Paddle's Privacy Policy.
  • PayPal & Alipay (Alternative Payment): For regional payment options. They process payment information according to their respective privacy policies.
  • Supabase (Authentication): We use Supabase for user authentication and account management. They store your email and account credentials securely.
  • Doubao ASR (Voice Processing): Voice data is sent to Doubao's speech recognition API for transcription. Data is processed in real-time and not retained.
  • Legal Requirements: If required by law or to protect our rights.

6. Data Security

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your data, including: encryption in transit (TLS/SSL), secure storage practices, and regular security audits. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

7. Data Retention

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Voice data is processed in real-time and not stored. You may request deletion of your account data at any time by contacting us.
