We want you to be completely satisfied with VoiceFlow Pro. If for any reason you're not happy with your purchase, we offer a full refund within 30 days of purchase.

Eligibility for Refund

You are eligible for a full refund if:

  • Your refund request is made within 30 days of the original purchase date
  • You have purchased VoiceFlow Pro directly through our website
  • This is your first refund request for VoiceFlow Pro

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at wanpeng.xie@gmail.com with the subject line "Refund Request"
  2. Include your order details:
    • Your email address used for purchase
    • Order/Transaction ID (from your receipt)
    • Date of purchase
  3. Optional: Let us know why you're requesting a refund so we can improve our product

Refund Processing

Once we receive your refund request, we will process it within 3-5 business days.

The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase:

  • PayPal: Refund typically appears within 3-5 business days
  • Alipay: Refund typically appears within 3-7 business days
  • Credit Card: Refund may take 5-10 business days depending on your bank

After Your Refund

Once your refund is processed:

  • Your VoiceFlow Pro license will be deactivated
  • You will lose access to Pro features
  • You can continue using the free version of VoiceFlow
  • You may repurchase VoiceFlow Pro at any time in the future

Exceptions

We reserve the right to refuse a refund in cases of:

  • Requests made more than 30 days after purchase
  • Evidence of fraud or abuse
  • Multiple refund requests from the same user
  • Purchases made through unauthorized third-party sellers
