1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using VoiceFlow ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. VoiceFlow is developed and operated by Sayos ("we", "us", or "our"). If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Software.

2. Description of Service

VoiceFlow is a macOS voice input application that enables users to convert speech to text. The Software processes voice input locally and through cloud-based APIs to provide transcription services. We offer both free and paid (Pro) versions of the Software with different feature sets.

3. License and Usage

Upon purchase of VoiceFlow Pro, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to use the Software on your personal devices. This license is for personal or commercial use.

You agree NOT to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
  • Redistribute, sell, or sublicense the Software
  • Use the Software for any illegal purposes
  • Remove or modify any proprietary notices from the Software

4. Purchases and Payment

VoiceFlow Pro is available for a one-time purchase of $29 USD. All prices are subject to change with notice.

Payment Processing: Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

We also accept payments via PayPal and Alipay for customers in specific regions.

By making a purchase, you represent that:

  • You have the legal right to use the payment method provided
  • The information you provide is accurate and complete
  • You authorize us (or Paddle) to charge the payment method for the total amount

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for VoiceFlow Pro. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date.

6. Updates and Support

VoiceFlow Pro includes all future updates at no additional cost. We provide priority support for Pro users through email. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Software at any time.

7. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.

9. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL VOICEFLOW BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SOFTWARE.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
